If using E-check through PayPal, please be aware it takes anywhere from 7-10 business days for payments to finalize and clear. The majority of transactions attempted, including those that were not successful, will get an invoice. Please make sure to get a confirmation of payment through your main PayPal Transaction history to verify payment was completed. Payment transactions will only get approved when paying with a Confirmed Address PayPal Account. All transactions attempted without a “Confirmed Address*” status will be automatically declined by PayPal.
How to get the Confirmed Address* in PayPal

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Refunds for cancelled orders, partial refunds, or full refunds customarily take 3-5 business days, but some financial institutions can take up to 30 days to show a credit in your account. We unfortunately do not have any control over how long it will take to post to your account.

If the shipping address does NOT agree with the billing address or the billing name do NOT agree with cardholder name, we may deny order to prevent fraudulent transaction.
NOTE: Fraudulent transactions are considered transactions that have not been authorized by cardholders, or transactions authorized by cardholder, but disputed as not authorized. We fully exercises the right to file a claim against unlawful transactions with police enforcement and the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center). Filing a claim involves providing authorities with IP addresses, personal billing and shipping information, and any form of documented information that will aid in stopping fraudulent transactions from further taking place.

Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 4 business hours following your order. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (CST).
Cancelling Order | to the top
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-601-283-2077 (free Google Voice Call) during Best-Hair-for-You hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Besthairforyou reserves the right to charge customer(s) as needed to cover the full amount that is due for any past due amounts or any monies that are owed to Besthairforyou. Besthairforyou is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered and by purchasing from Besthairforyou. You are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to Mother Nature or has been miss-delivered unless the fault is of Besthairforyou.
NOTE: In cases of UPS 3Day, UPS 2Day or UPS Next Day, if the billing address does NOT agree with the shipping address, the order will be automatically denied.
NOTE: UPS Ground Map and Time and USPS Priority Map and Time are provided by UPS and USPS, respectively. BestHairforYou.com CANNOT guarantee these delivery times.
Wrong Item Policy | to the top
If you received wrong item (color, length, item) please contact us within 3 business days of receiving item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. We require you to take picture of the wrong item and e-mail it to one of our customer care representative to verify that you received wrong items. Once we verify that you receive wrong item we will e-mail or fax you UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. However, if you can't drop the item at UPS store or UPS driver or if you are located in military installation or international we ask you to mail the item back to us via USPS Priority mail and enclose the receipt inside box for us to refund the shipping cost back to you.
Lost Package Policy | to the top
Lost package will go through trace department (UPS or/and USPS) and trace will take 1 to 30 business days to complete before we can either issue refund, reprocess, or store credit.
Backorders | to the top
Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts. In that instance, you can choose to wait for 30 days or cancel your order for refund. If item is not available within 30 days of first order date we will refund back order item less discount you received. Refund will be processed back to original credit/debit card that was used for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to your account e-mail.
Risk of Loss | to the top
Besthairforyou.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer shipping point and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Besthairforyou.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Besthairforyou.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Wrong Shipping Address | to the top
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the shipping address is correct. Besthairforyou.com cannot offer refunds or credit for incorrect addresses. If the shipped products return to us by the wrong address or the incomplete address, the shipping cost and also the returning cost will be charged to the customer who verify the shipping address.
