NOTE: We use the security proof shipping bag. If you open package, it is impossible to re-pack the package with original condition. If you don’t open shipping package (i.e., NO any opening shipped package), the return or exchange can be acceptable.

How to Request Returning on My Account | to the top
1. To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.
2. Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button
3. In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.

Must be in Original and Perfect Factory Condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging. If products have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized, and will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.

Please ship your package through a traceable shipping method. We suggest UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation. We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your exchange. After we process your exchange, we will notify you by email once your new item is sent or your fund is refunded. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items must meet the above terms and conditions.

Wrong Shipping Address | to the top
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the shipping address is correct. Besthairforyou.com cannot offer refunds or credit for incorrect addresses. If the shipped products return to us by the wrong address or the incomplete address, the shipping cost and also the returning cost will be charged to the customer who verify the shipping address.
