No Return, No Exchange Items are

  • Wigs (opened package)
  • Ponytails (opened package)
  • All Clippers & Trimmers
  • Makeup
  • Hair Care Products
  • Needles
  • Cutting Tools
  • Jewelry
  • Clearance / BOGO Deal / Super Deal / All Sale Items
  • Damaged Products (non-manufacturer or non-merchant related)

Because the some products above can cause infection with just 1 installation or usage.

NOTE: We use the security proof shipping bag. If you open package, it is impossible to re-pack the package with original condition.  If you don’t open shipping package (i.e., NO any opening shipped package), the return or exchange can be acceptable.

We are sorry the shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • If the item has never been taken out from its packaging and the seal is not broken or altered, we will issue a full refund for the merchandise.
  • If a security seal is broken or the item is taken out from its package, there will be a 50% restocking fee.
  • If the item is altered such as trimmed or brushed, no refund will be issued. Please send us a prepaid postage, so we can ship it back to you.

These are Besthairforyou.com's ("Besthairforyou", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Besthairforyou.com website.

  • The Request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Once you have decided to return the product, call (1-601-283-2077 free Google Voice Call) or email our Customer Service Department (Besthairforyou@gmail.com)  to pre-authorize and to request the RMA # (Return Authorization Number) for the returning item.
  • You must return the item within 5 days of receiving RMA number.
  • You can request returning on My Account Page.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from Besthairforyou.com
  • Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including box, inside packaging, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage (for example, lace units where the lace has been cut away, tampered with or removed for any reason)

 

How to Request Returning on My Account | to the top

1. To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.

2. Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button

3. In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.

Hair Product Return | to the top

Must be in Original and Perfect Factory Condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging. If products have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized, and will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

 

Restocking Fee | to the top

  • A restocking fee from 20% up to 50% may apply to all returns for refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund or store credit after 14 calendar days.
  • For "Return to Sender" or "delivery refused" there will be a 20% restocking fee from the subtotal. For "Return to Sender" or "delivery refused" shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Packaging Guidelines | to the top

If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.

Please ship your package through a traceable shipping method. We suggest UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation. We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your exchange. After we process your exchange, we will notify you by email once your new item is sent or your fund is refunded. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items must meet the above terms and conditions.

 

Exchange Policy | to the top

  • A restocking fee from 20% up to 30% and re-shipping cost may apply to all returned product for exchange.
  • Exchange must be equal or higher amount. If exchange item is lower amount, the difference will be applied as store credit towards your next purchase. Difference amount cannot be refunded.
  • We ship via the method chosen on the original order, unless an instruction in the exchange package is otherwise specified.

 

Wrong Shipping Address | to the top

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the shipping address is correct. Besthairforyou.com cannot offer refunds or credit for incorrect addresses. If the shipped products return to us by the wrong address or the incomplete address, the shipping cost and also the returning cost will be charged to the customer who verify the shipping address.
